Simple ways to motivate yourself

I was overjoyed to find out that two out of three of these were suggestions that I made during our retreat. For some reason I did not suggest rewards or penalties.  I am going to include these three motivating factors in my book, Downsize Fast! because one of the biggest problems with my clients is that they have a hard time following through with their downsizing goals. The other two motivators are positive thinking and getting support.
