Simple ways of changing your diet

I liked this short video because this naturopath offers a clear description of why an increasing number of people are suffering from emotional challenges that are treated with drugs which do not get to the core of the problem.  One suggestion he has is to quit eating oats, rye, barley, and wheat for 28 days to see how you feel.  Then on day 29, eat as much of these ingredients as you like, and observe how your body reacts.  Chances are you won’t feel very good.  He also talks about how we need minerals in order to be healthy.
