Simple but nutritional recipes

Having tasty, nutrient-rich food easily on hand is very conducive to being organized for healthy eating. Here are some great recipes that will help:

Nutritional yeast paste and chocolate crunch

This is our family’s favorite salad dressing from long time friend Denise:

This is a daily food that I drink: the green smoothie. Sometimes I drink it all day when I am really busy and it really keeps me going.

I haven’t tried this recipe, but it sounds like ones that I have made before with great success. Having dips on had is very helpful because it encourages people to eat raw veggies.

Fruit salad: This is a very rough recipe. I have been eating this for 37 years–ever since I met Cliff Mikkelson, my former husband. who shared this with me.
